I’m a book lover. I’ve been collecting books since I was in 3rd grade and my father bought me wood bookcases for my collection and I just love being surrounded by the books I love. I think the oldest book in my collection was as far as 1987 and my collection keeps adding up. Now, I also enjoy reading magazines and I bought magazine racks for my shop so that my clients will have something to read on while waiting for their turn.

Today is extremely toxic for me, since the rainy days are here already my mom rushed our contractors to finish up the renovation in our house and they installed wall niches in the garden today, I think it’s perfect for my mom’s rose collection and it adds beauty in our landscape. My bathroom is almost done, besides the fixtures I got installed I also added up recessed toilet tissue holder for a more sleek design. I’m excited to see how the renovation turned out, hopefully it’ll be over before the end of the week.

One last hurray for the summer...

I enjoy swimming a lot and I think that’s the best thing about summer, you can beat the heat by swimming your heart out. This snapshot was taken during my trip in Bicol. We went to a fresh spring resort with a fantastic view of Mt.Iriga in Camarines Sur. The water was so cold, so clean and so fresh, it was perfect, I really had a fabulous time.

I think the storm gained strength and it was raining so hard all night. It was a good thing the winds are not strong enough to cut the power off, otherwise I’ll really be irritated. I spent all day availing the ZERO fare promo of Cebu Pacific. The ZERO fare promo will run till tomorrow and most of the allocated seats are all taken especially to the dates that I want to travel. I had a sweet deal and I went a little crazy and booked a lot of flights, hopefully everything will turn out the way I planned and the weather condition will allow me to enjoy my travel. I also hope my lupus will cooperate as I fulfill my dream of traveling all over. To sum it up I booked two flights to Singapore to visit my bestfriend who is now residing there, one roundtrip tickets to Hongkong, Macau, Thailand and Malaysia and I also booked flights to Cebu, Davao and Boracay again... I can’t wait, it seems I’ll be traveling quite a lot this year.

I don’t know much about automobile, I drive that’s all I know but when my car stops working in the middle of nowhere I’ll be in complete distress and might freak out immediately. I’ve been tossing and turning once again but I just can’t sleep. It’s past midnight and after staying in my room for a whole day because my lupus decided to strike today, I’m still exhausted and I want to sleep. The rainy weather gives a cooler evening and I like it. It said in the news that there’s a storm somewhere in the Philippines. I guess, its official summer has ended. I just hope I can sleep soon enough and hopefully tomorrow the swelling and pain in my knees will go away.

I just finished updating my links for this blog and removed some of the links in my blogroll that I found not linking back to me, I think that’s rude! I also deleted some of my friend’s list here in bravenet because they have not updated their blogs for over three months and some are just dead links. This blog holds a special place in my heart because this is my first ever blog and it has been the place where I unleash most of my unspoken emotions during my fury at church. And I noticed more people are leaving bravenet already because of the endless spammers and limited blogging experience but I’m reluctant, I’m not sure if I want to leave this one too.
